Having trained in aromatherapy many years ago I have always been aware of the power of essential oils. I am a huge fan of the British brand bodhi & birch. Their products are a blend of Eastern and Western philosophies with high quality effective ingredients.
A couple of months ago they sent me their Mint Thé Temple Balm and it hasn’t left my side since.

This little black jar of magic is absolutely perfect for the warm (ok sometimes unbearable) days in London during the summer. It is jam-packed full of potent essential oils of the finest quality mixed into a Shea Butter and Babassu oil base.
The essential oils include White Camphor which is excellent in treating muscle aches and bruises, it is also a great stress reliever. Cajeput is wonderful at reliving headache pains as it has analgesic properties. Frankincense is uplifting and a great energy booster and finally Eucalyptus is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial.
So why has this product not left my side? I have used this on hot sticky tube journeys around London to cool and ground me – also sometimes to ward off those unwelcome smells from other travellers! I have used it for headaches, insect bites and garden rashes. I’ve even used it to massage a sore shoulder. It is also fantastic at helping you focus – a little on the temples and base of the neck gives me that little lift that I used to rely on an afternoon espresso for.
I know Mint Thé Temple Balm will forever be my trusted companion whether at home on my desk or away in my bag. I haven’t taken a flight since receiving this but I know it will be as important on board as my headphones and my glass of champagne.
It’s £15 for a 15g jar here.

This is definitely on my list .Have to say the couple of things I have are beautiful quality products
Agreed – top quality ingredients and great thought behind the aromatherapy.
