I worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years with some of the largest luxury brands in fragrance, skincare, haircare and makeup. I held senior training, coaching and education management roles. My employers included Estée Lauder Group, Space NK, Lancôme and The Body Shop. I worked across the UK and EMEA.

I took all that experience and, in 2013, founded my own consultancy to work as an independent Retail Beauty Expert, Brand Consultant & Educator.

Through my consultancy I:

Collaborate with brands, distributors, retailers and QVC

Focus strongly on brand building within the markets

Write and present video content, reviews and consumer how-to guides

Create, deliver and lead training content for retail teams via workshops and conferences

Represent brands to retailers, buyers, editors and make-up artists at consumer/trade shows

Appear as a brand ambassador and guest presenter on the QVC live shopping channel

Write editorial beauty content for print and online publications
